Salary & Working pattern
Salary: £35,000–£,000 (flexible for the right experience)
Working pattern:
Onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm
We’re recruiting for an experienced Radio Service Engineer to support critical radio communications across Heathrow Airport, with occasional work at other London transport locations.
This is a hands‑on, onsite contract role, suited to someone who lives locally and is comfortable working in secure, operational environments. The role also a small team of three engineers on day‑to‑day activities.

- Work with a varied tech stack (DMR, PMR, DAS, Tetra, PTTC)
- Repairing and maintaining two‑way radio equipment
- Installing and maintaining radios in vehicles
- Supporting desktop radio systems with ground‑to‑air capability
- Installing and maintaining indoor DAS systems
- Supporting radio infrastructure, primarily Simoco and Hytera, with some Motorola
- Fault‑finding and resolving radio communication issues on live operational systems
