Cover Supervisor

Axcis Education is seeking a dependable and motivated Cover Supervisor to support a primary school in Slough. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and can maintain a positive, structured classroom environment when teachers are unavailable.

You will oversee pre‑prepared lessons, manage pupil behaviour and ensure all children remain engaged and safe throughout the school day. You will work closely with teaching staff to maintain the school’s standards and create a supportive learning atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have experience with primary‑aged pupils, strong communication skills and confidence in managing a classroom. This position offers flexibility, with both short‑term and longer‑term assignments. Pay is dependent on experience.
