Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a large, well-established four-form entry primary school in Slough to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from September

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire pupils and support them in reaching their full academic and personal potential. You will create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident to ask questions, challenge themselves and develop a genuine love of learning.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Monitoring, assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes for all learners
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and backgrounds
- Supporting pupils as they prepare for end-of-key-stage expectations and assessments
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the year group to share planning and resources
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers to support learning and development
- Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement
- Contributing to the wider life of the school including enrichment opportunities and school events
The successful candidate will play an important role in helping pupils build the confidence, resilience and independence they need as they progress through their primary education.
