The Role
As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
Use assessment effectively to support progress and raise attainment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice
Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1
Demonstrates strong classroom practice and behaviour management
Is committed to high expectations and improving outcomes for all pupils
Works well within a collaborative team environment
Is enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to professional development
