Salary £24,283 - £25,826 (Actual Salary Level 4 8-12)

37 hours per week, Term Time Only plus three inset days & 10 days during the holidays

Monday to Thursday – 8am until 4pm

Friday – 8am until 3.30pm

Baylis Court School is a popular and oversubscribed school for girls aged 11-18 in Slough, Berkshire. We are seeking to appoint, as soon as possible a Safeguarding Officer to join our fantastic community.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Safeguarding Officer who will take day-to-day responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across the school, as directed by the member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will work directly with students and advise other members of staff on safeguarding matters.

The successful candidate will have extensive safeguarding experience ideally in an educational setting. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships internally and externally. Attention to detail and understanding of confidentiality is essential requirement for this role.
