Temp to Perm Opportunity
£120 - £190 a day

• Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Work with a group of 10 students
• Support teaching and learning across the primary age range
• Work with individuals and small groups to raise attainment
• Assist with planning, preparation and assessment
• Promote positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and senior staff to support pupil progress

• HLTA Qualification
• Minimum of one year’s experience working directly with high‑risk and complex pupils in a recognized setting such as social work, youth work or education
• Experience taking a lead in behaviour management and substantial experience working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Clear understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum, teaching, assessment and behaviour management strategies that facilitate effective learning and progress
• Knowledge and experience of the importance of cultural identity to young people, child protection guidance and a commitment to safeguarding pupils and staff

• Graded "Good" in the latest Ofsted report
