Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS and Year 1, following the national curriculum
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence
Plan and implement engaging lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, and social development
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider school community
Contribute to school events, enrichment activities, and professional development initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1 settings
Be passionate about early years education and child development
Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
Be committed to safeguarding and inclusive education
Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and a team-focused mindset to the role
