As an English ECT , you will :

• Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Work closely with a dedicated mentor to receive guidance and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to build your teaching skills and knowledge.
• Inspire students to develop a love of literature and language, encouraging critical thinking and creativity.
• Contribute to the broader school community, including extracurricular activities, clubs, and events.
