Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted - Join Our Team in Slough!

We are currently seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of primary and secondary schools across Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within supportive and inclusive educational settings where your skills are valued and your impact is truly felt.

Full-time & part‑time positions available

• Work one-on-one or with small groups of pupils with a variety of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language needs
• Support the class teacher with tailored learning strategies and behaviour management
• Help to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

• Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school or educational setting
• A proactive and compassionate approach
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Ability to adapt and use own initiative
• A relevant TA qualification or training in SEN (desirable)
