The Science department is extremely well-equipped featuring modern laboratories, high-quality apparatus, digital sensors and spacious prep areas. The Science Technician will help maintain equipment, prepare practicals, ensure safe storage of chemicals and support teachers during experiments and demonstrations.

The school encourages STEM engagement through coding clubs, science competitions, engineering challenges and partnerships with local employers. Behaviour is excellent and staff receive strong support from leadership.

• Science Technician or laboratory experience
• Good understanding of health & safety and COSHH guidelines
• Ability to manage equipment and maintain stock levels
• Science qualification desirable
• Strong organisational skills

Salary

This Science Technician role is paid to scale on a permanent contract.
