Wayman Education is recruiting a KS2 Teacher for a popular primary in Slough. The KS2 Teacher will deliver well‑sequenced lessons across year groups, design targeted interventions, contribute to moderation and support whole‑school improvement. This KS2 Teacher role starts January 2026, with induction and handover scheduled prior to January 2026 so the KS2 Teacher can be classroom‑ready.

- Plan and teach sequenced KS2 lessons that secure knowledge retention and application.
- Analyse assessment data to design targeted interventions and to measure impact on progress.
- Contribute to curriculum development, moderation and CPD within the KS2 phase.
- Liaise with parents and external partners to support pupil progress and transition.
- Participate in whole‑school initiatives and pastoral programmes across Slough.
- Qualified teacher with solid KS2 experience and the ability to teach across multiple year groups.
- Strong planning, assessment and classroom‑management skills and a collaborative approach.
- Committed to professional growth and available to commence January 2026 in Slough.
