Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Colnbrook

Full-Time |Immediate Start
Salary: £100–£120 per day (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new challenge in Colnbrook ? A welcoming primary school is seeking a confident and proactive HLTA to join their team from January 2026.

This role offers the opportunity to support teaching and learning across the school, including delivering lessons and interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver planned lessons and cover classes across KS1 and KS2 when required
Support teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments
Lead small group interventions to boost pupil progress
Assist with assessment and tracking of pupil achievement
Promote positive behaviour and contribute to the wider school community
Ideal Candidate

Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
Confident, adaptable, and proactive in supporting teaching and learning
Committed to inclusive education and safeguarding practices
Excellent communication and organisational skills
