• Provide outstanding customer service – offering information, support, and a friendly ear
• Handle a variety of reception duties including answering calls, processing payments, logging repairs, and managing post
• Take responsibility for safety and wellbeing as a trained First Aider and Fire Marshal – conducting regular checks and patrols
• Support residents, service users, and visitors – creating a positive and inclusive environment for all
