We’re looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join Rollover, proudly part of Pilgrim’s Europe. • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and omni-channel platforms
• Provide accurate product, service, and order information
• Resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Place inbound orders and identify natural upsell opportunities
• Make proactive outbound calls to support customer satisfaction, sales, and retention
• Capture insights and feedback using CRM systems to drive improvements
• Responsibilities may change in line with evolving business requirements

• Experience in customer service, contact centres, telesales, or outbound calling
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling objections
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Calm, resilient, and effective under pressure
• A positive team player with a customer-first attitude
