Overview
TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy to appoint Stock Condition and HHSRS Surveyors to support a large housing survey programme in/around Slough.
Key Details- Survey locations:
Gerrards Cross, Slough, Beaconsfield, Uxbridge and surrounding areas - Over 2,300 residential properties to be surveyed
- Outside IR35 – paid per survey
- Surveys conducted on a tablet using asset management software
- Stock Condition and HHSRS surveys only
- Full time only or a minimum of 35 surveys a week required
- Immediate start available
- Tablet device
- Calling cards
- Large property lists
- Letter of authority
- On‑site training
- Contact details for residents may be provided by the client (TBC)
- Flexible working – manage your own diary and schedule
