The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for specialist refurbishment and fit-out projects across Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Projects typically range in value from £100,000 to £500,000 and are delivered for a variety of high-profile clients including airlines, principal contractors, and retail brands.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for refurbishment and fit-out projects

* Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents to produce accurate pricing

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations

* Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines

* Work directly with clients such as Heathrow airlines and Mace

* Attend site visits at Heathrow and Gatwick to assess project requirements

* Identify value engineering opportunities and cost efficiencies

* Maintain up-to-date cost databases and benchmarking information

* Support project handover from estimating to delivery teams

Skills & Experience

* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
