Blaymires Recruitment is working on behalf of a London‑based property developer specialising in the regeneration and conversion of under‑utilised buildings, particularly in city‑centre and high‑street locations.

The company has a strong track record of delivering high‑quality, financially viable projects and takes a hands‑on, pragmatic approach to development.

They are seeking a highly motivated, hands‑on Project Manager with design management and quantity surveying experience to deliver small‑to‑medium scale residential conversions of upper parts of retail premises.

This is a hybrid PM/DM/QS role, with responsibility for projects from post‑planning through design, tendering, procurement, and-core construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

• Lead the delivery of residential conversion projects (conversion cost ~£1m; GDV £34m; unit value ~£250k).
• Assemble and manage design teams, including architects and consultants.
• Oversee tendering and procurement of contractors and suppliers.
