Core Group is Hiring – Site Manager
Location: Slough
Project: Commercial building (office block) conversion into apartments
Start: 15th January
Duration: ~4 months +
Pay: £280/day
Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Site Manager with strong skills in finishing works, snagging, and quality control to take a project through its final stages.
Requirements- Proven Site Manager experience on residential/commercial projects
- Strong finishing & snagging experience
- Good leadership, communication, and H&S awareness
- SSSTS & valid CSCS (preferred)
- First Aid (preferred)
- Own PPE
- Manage day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
- Oversee finishing works and snag resolution
- Maintain programme and quality standards
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently
