Are you looking for flexible work as a Nursery Practitioner?
We are currently recruiting for competent and experienced Nursery Practitioners to join our team to support with Short Term and Long-Term placements in local Nurseries in the Slough

Daily Duties will include:

Support the nursery team to ensure effective and positive play opportunities are provided on a day to day basis.
Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate planned and spontaneous activities
Helping to create a warm, safe and inclusive environment.
Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery environment, including toys and educational materials
Support children in their daily routines, including mealtimes, nap times, and personal hygiene

Essential requirements for our Nursery Practitioners:

At least 1 years’ experience in a nursery role
Good knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework (training provided by Starfyn if needed)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to use your own initiative
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and respond to children's needs promptly
A natural ability to show compassion, empathy and understanding in your day-to-day interactions with children

Desirable requirements for our Nursery Practitioners:

Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma or above Early Years Childcare Qualification
