• Trade Marketing Manager

This role sits at the heart of our commercial strategy—translating insights into action, shaping 4

Ps excellence, and partnering with top UK retailers to drive category growth.

• Support the development and execution of 4
  
  Ps strategies across key customer groups
• Use syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, Spectra, Panel) to inform pricing, promotion, and assortment decisions
• Champion new product launches from planning to in-market performance
• Present market trends and competitor insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with demand planning and sales to optimise availability and trade spend
• Share best practices across local and global teams

Role Experience Level Key Strengths

TMM

3–5 years in FMCG or retail marketing

• Degree-level education
• Confidence with syndicated data and Excel
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Passion for consumer insight and commercial impact
