The Junior Account Manager plays a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates alike. The successful candidate will support the Senior Manager in driving business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a strong understanding of the Gravity Personnel approach, processes, and procedures.
- Act as the main point of contact for client liaison on-site, introducing new business opportunities where appropriate.
- Oversee candidate selection, interviews, registration, and induction processes.
- Maintain and update in-house databases for both client and employee records.
- Complete and submit a daily activity schedule to document recruitment and client servicing activities.
- Conduct regular site visits
, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company standards. - Monitor and report attendance figures for workforce management and performance tracking.
- Manage the advertising and filling of vacancies
, including planning and executing recruitment drives during peak periods.
