Location: Mars Wrigley, Dundee Road, Slough SL1 4LG
Hours: 25.5 hours per week
Shifts: 07:00–13:00 or 12:00–18:00
Pay: £12.58 per hour

Sodexo is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to support front‑of‑house operations at a corporate site in Slough. This role plays an important part in maintaining a welcoming, organised, and efficient workplace for employees, clients, and visitors.
Key responsibilities- Provide a professional reception service to employees, clients, and visitors
- Manage visitor sign‑in procedures and support meeting room coordination
- Maintain high standards across reception and communal areas
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support daily operations
- Assist with workplace events and client activities
- Identify and escalatese facilities or maintenance issues as required
- Strong customer service skills
- PC literate, with confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal English
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role is desirable
- Professional, proactive, and well‑organised, with strong attention to detail
