OverviewAn excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Administrator to join a well-established company providing Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric and Management services for a wide range of buildings across the public, residential, commercial and private sectors.
Responsibilities- Assist the busy helpdesk with raising jobs and booking emergency / reactive call-outs.
- Handle routine maintenance visits, incoming calls and emails.
- Provide quotations to clients and raise purchase orders.
- Order materials, perform general admin tasks and maintain filing systems.
- Previous experience in a similar position preferred.
- Live within a commutable distance to Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent speaking and written English.
- Attention to detail.
- Organisational skills.
- 25 days holiday entitlement + bank holidays.
- Company pension scheme.
- Provided lunch on the last Friday of each month.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The role is solely office based. A competitive salary is offered, depending on experience.
