Qualified Accountant

As a key member of the team, you will work across a broad mix of compliance and advisory work, including:
Preparing and reviewing VAT returns Producing year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships Managing Corporation Tax compliance Preparing and submitting P11

Ds Responding to HMRC enquiries across VAT, Corporation Tax, and Self Assessment Assisting with Self Assessment tax returns Supporting ad-hoc tax advisory projects Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing guidance where needed We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, detail-focused, and comfortable working directly with clients.

You will ideally have: A professional accounting qualification ( ACCA, ACA, or equivalent ) Strong experience using Xero, Sage, and/or Quick Books Excellent attention to detail and accuracy The ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of client work Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting, mentoring, or reviewing the work of others Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) Full-time or part-time options available Friendly, collaborative boutique practice environment Opportunity to work closely with clients and gain varied experience A supportive team that values quality work and professional development ??
