Work Schedule:
8:00am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday). Additional time (nights and weekends) may be required.
- Creates and manages the annual stewardship development plan.
- Works with the Senior Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Relations and the Senior Director of Development to create and maintain stewardship strategies within the annual development plan and 5-year alumni engagement plan.
- Manages the Fund Owner process whereby fund owners for all endowed and non-endowed funds are quarterly updated and advised as to how to capture how funds disbursed are allocated and invested to ensure philanthropic funds are invested and invested based on the criteria of the gift agreement. Works closely with the Foundation on disbursement, and with Financial Aid and Academic Departments on allocation and reporting.
- Manages the annual scholarship report process. Process ensures that donors and provided with accurate return on investment information that compels additional engagement and support. Works with colleagues across campus to ensure approximately 500+ reports are annually sent and followed up on.

Recommended candidates will be required to complete criminal background check, including Act 34 Background Check and Act 151 (Child Abuse) Background Check and Federal Criminal (FBI) clearance prior to appointment.
