Een zorgorganisatie in Sliedrecht is op zoek naar een persoonlijk begeleider voor 24-28 uur per week. In deze rol ben je aanspreekpunt voor bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking en coördineer je hun behandeling. Je hebt een actieve rol in het opstellen van zorgprogramma's en biedt directe begeleiding. Een interessante functie met aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Het salaris bedraagt tussen €2.836,00 en €3.825,00, afhankelijk van ervaring.
