We’re hiring immediately. This isn’t your typical entry-level retail position. You can earn base pay plus commissions with opportunities to grow in a sales-focused environment.

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events.

Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus potential annual commissions and incentives. Total earnings can vary and may include additional incentives based on sales performance.

You’ll Need To Have

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience required
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule available four weeks in advance)
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods

Even better if you have

• Experience in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience and customer-facing solutions
• Customer service experience
