• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers simply.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
• Maintain planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete tasks.
• Display a high‑energy personality and ability to start conversations.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in high traffic.
• Stay hungry to excel in a capped commission role.
• Provide fantastic service while demonstrating integrity.
• Stand/move around for 8‑10 hour shifts.
• Maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
