Base pay range$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
ResponsibilitiesThe member frontline cashier is the heart of our front end. You will be the first, last, or only associate some members interact with. You will help members by running registers and supporting the self-checkout experience. The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area.

What you'll doMaintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving issues; promoting products and services; supporting self-service technology; processing purchases; assisting members with transactions; and organizing merchandise.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics by implementing related action plans and applying them in business processes.
Completes work assignments by using policy, data, and resources; collaborating with managers and coworkers; prioritizing deadlines; communicating progress; and adapting to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season). Premiums may apply if criteria are met.
