Overview

Store Manager - Spencer's position at Spencer's. The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and for the operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability.

• Oversee and be accountable for store operations, including controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of Guest Services and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Lead and manage store team, including human resources activities as required, to support store performance and compliance.

• Minimum age requirement: 21
• Prior retail management experience required
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds for 8+ hours

• Hourly rate ranges from $19.23 to $19.48, dependent upon qualifications and experience
