This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent, based in Slidell, LA. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, maintaining strong client relationships, and conducting property showings. Additional duties include negotiating deals, preparing necessary paperwork, and staying up-to-date with local real estate market trends to provide informed guidance to clients.

Collaboration with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction is crucial for this role.

• Strong proficiency in Real Estate Sales, with knowledge of the local market and property trends
• Active Real Estate License and solid understanding of real estate processes and regulations
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a passion for helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties
• Ability to apply skills in Real Estate and Sales to achieve sales goals and build lasting client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• A positive, determined, and goal-oriented mindset
• Experience with real estate software and CRM tools is a plus
• High school diploma required; additional education in business, real estate, or a related field is a benefit
