A part‑time Weekend Assistant Septic Technician position. Earn a competitive wage of $16.50 per hour during training, which may increase to as much as $22.00 per hour after completing structured apprenticeship training. Full‑time employees receive bi‑annual bonuses, overtime opportunities, 10 PTO days, and performance reviews with pay advancement opportunities (at 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and annually thereafter). This part‑time position offers potential transition to full‑time employment as positions become available.

This entry‑level position is part‑time and typically works on either Saturday or Sunday. The specific day is determined each Friday based on weather. Some weekends may have no scheduled work. Shifts range from 4 to 9 hours, with technicians meeting at the yard at 7:00–7:30 AM and work rarely extending past 4:00 PM.
