Position: Audiologist (Part-Time, Independent Contractor)

Location: New Orleans, LA

Schedule: 1–2 visits per month

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $700–$800 per visit

We provide on-site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology, and optometry services to Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Veteran Homes across 20+ states. CMC manages all logistics so providers can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Part-Time Audiologist to support our mobile care program in New Orleans, LA
. This opportunity is ideal for an audiologist looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact in senior communities.

CMC handles all administrative and logistical responsibilities
, including equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing. This is an independent contractor role with no private practice overhead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hearing assessments and audiometric evaluations
  • Fit, adjust, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices
  • Provide patient counseling and education on hearing loss management
  • Collaborate with facility staff to support patient communication needs
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or Master’s degree in Audiology
  • Active audiology license in Louisiana
  • ASHA (CCC-A) or ABA certification preferred (not required)
  • Experience working with geriatric populations or in mobile settings preferred
  • Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
Schedule Details
  • 1–2 visits per month
  • Preferred weekday availability
  • Typical visit hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
