  • Proven, verifiable track record in automotive sales management
  • Strong experience structuring and closing subprime/special finance deals
  • High energy and hands-on with customers
  • Willing to work deals from start to finish
  • Not afraid to get involved and CLOSE after the first pencil
  • Comfortable on the phone – making calls, following up, and working leads
  • A leader who sets the pace and holds the team accountable
  • Aggressive, organized, and relentless about winning
  • If you’re lazy, afraid of the phone, or used to sitting behind a desk waiting on deals – this job is NOT for you.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Income potential: $120,000 – $200,000+ per year (based on performance)
