• Sign On Bonus is paid out in thirds ($1,500) at 90, and 210 days of employment.

New hires with less than 2 years of HVAC experience may be offered paid training in lieu of the sign-on bonus.

To perform heating and air conditioning service and maintenance according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required occasionally in addition to on-call rotation.

$35 - $50 per hour (Depending on Experience) + Full Benefits + Significant Additional Compensation Opportunities.

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens (Note - marijuana is now legal in Illinois and a positive result for marijuana will not impact employment opportunity)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Minimum 2 Years HVAC Service Experience
• Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School
• EPA Universal Refrigerant License
