Provide customer service to clients, tenants, employees, and visitors by following procedures and policies.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed foot patrols throughout the retail location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and service calls and coordinate with local emergency services when needed.;
Monitor entrances, service corridors, and restricted areas; assist with crowd flow during peak periods.;
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports and communicate observations to site management.
