The Sales Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency: upholding Coach’s Service and Selling Models, creating a positive first impression, building ongoing customer relationships through a personalized experience, and leaving a positive, lasting impression.

• Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions that align with Company priorities.
• Drives business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Creates short- and long-term strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals.
• Takes ownership of personal survey results and creates plans to improve opportunities.
• Represents Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrates selling and service expectations at all times.
• Supports local sales strategies and tactics based on changes in the local market.
• Maintains knowledge of product features, benefits, current offerings, pricing, and promotional strategy.
• Cross-sells and suggests add-ons aligned with customer shopping needs.
• Provides attentive service to individual customer needs, manages multiple customers, and follows up to influence/close sales.
• Maintains a positive, collaborative team environment and uses tools to support clienteling efforts.
• Remains adaptable to changing business needs and welcomes feedback.
• Ensures daily tasks are completed without impacting service or Coach standards; maintains store cleanliness and visual merchandising to Coach standards.

• Completes daily operational tasks on the selling floor and in backroom, including cash wrap and merchandising to Coach standards.
• Replenishes inventory and supports store inventory processes; processes purchases, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintains a clean and organized selling floor and adheres to retail policies and procedures.

• Base pay range: $15.00 to $17.25
