Home Health / Hospice Administrator/Nurse Manager

Midwest Healthcare Providers, Inc is seeking a dedicated Administrator/Nurse Manager to lead and oversee our home health and hospice services in Skokie, IL. This role requires a passionate and experienced professional who can ensure high-quality patient care while managing operational and regulatory compliance within our home health program.

• Manage daily operations of the home health and hospice services to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of care.
• Supervise nursing staff and other clinical team members, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing home health and hospice agencies.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality improvement and patient safety.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to optimize care plans and patient outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource management to meet organizational goals.
• Represent the agency in community relations and partnership development efforts.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
• Proven experience in home health or hospice administration or nurse management.
• Strong knowledge of home health care regulations, Medicare/Medicaid compliance, and accreditation standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
