• Manage daily operations of your assigned unit to ensure residents receive a high standard of care.
• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on the unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Maintain infection prevention practices.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet residents’ needs.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum two (2) years of R.N. experience.
• Preferably prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience.
