Overview

Step Into a Day on Our Production Floor. Picture this: you arrive to a clean, well-organized line where you run a quick pre-check of your station. You set up the equipment, verify settings against SOPs, and kick off the first run. As batches move, you watch gauges, listen for changes, and make small adjustments to keep everything humming. You pull samples to check for defects, document results, and record counts.

When it’s time for a changeover, you help switch out tooling and complete basic preventive maintenance. Throughout the shift, you keep your area tidy, support teammates, and communicate any issues right away. At the end of the day, you leave knowing your work helped produce safe, high-quality treats people enjoy.
