Position:
Paralegal (Full-time, Part-time)
Eden Senior Care is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and analytical Paralegal to join our corporate legal team, with full-time or part-time options (minimum 25 hours/week) and the flexibility to work hybrid or fully remote.
Responsibilities- Conduct legal research and provide clear, concise analysis to support attorneys and business teams.
- Draft, review, redline, and prepare contracts, agreements, amendments, riders, and closing documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with corporate governance, including maintaining corporate records, filings, and compliance documentation.
- Support commercial real estate transactions and regulatory filings.
- Develop and manage closing checklists, coordinate revisions from attorneys, lenders, and clients, and ensure all negotiated changes are accurately captured.
- Provide support on additional projects as assigned, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification required.
- Candidates with an associate degree and relevant experience will also be considered.
- 3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in corporate, MA, or commercial real estate law.
- Strong background in real estate transactions, including title clearance and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and review legal documents with precision.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience managing last-minute changes in complex transactions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, legal research platforms, and document management/redlining tools (e.g., Docu Sign, Word).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
