Director of Services

Overview

Orchard Village is looking for a full time Director of Employment Services.

Pay: $73,000 - $82,000 per year

• Work closely with the VP of Programs to ensure the successful operation of the Employment Services Department, including identifying pathways for programmatic growth and revenue development.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative activities regarding billing, compliance, data collection, and oversight of digital and paper files.
• Maintain a small caseload of vocational clients, support client intake, and manage the Vocational team.
• Coordinate team meetings, employment staffing, and interdisciplinary team meetings, ensuring the completion of all required documentation.
• Function as liaison and point-of-contact for outside agencies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or a related field AND 3-5 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation OR a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of the Illinois Division of Rehabilitation Services and Division of Developmental Disabilities regulations.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and ability to travel to multiple sites.
