You will have opportunities to participate in various projects and initiatives beyond these primary responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations team in drug substance and/or drug product manufacturing.
• Assist in drafting technical documentation for drug manufacturing processes.
• Help the Operations team with environmental monitoring, cleaning programs, and inventory management.
• Maintain manufacturing areas and process components to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with and support the Development Lab and Quality teams.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions to execute tasks accurately.

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or laboratory operations, or a college degree in a life science field.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment is required.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is required.
• Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, and ICH regulatory standards is required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
