• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 1+ years of dental or medical receptionist experience is required
• Answer phones and address inquiries from patients, ensuring excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar using the patient management software
• Communicate effectively with patients to confirm and remind them of their appointments
• Understand and process RX through the patient management software
• Assist with the coordination of patient records and paperwork
