This position supports patients in Skokie, Evanston and surrounding areas.

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master sdegree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
