We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Tax Preparer to join our team and assist with preparing a high volume of returns for clients in various industries.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Preparer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to prepare and file accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws while helping clients maximize their financial outcomes.

• Serve as the main point of contact for your clients (managing multiple returns at a time).
• Review prior tax returns and financial records to identify missing information.
• Collect and organize tax documents from clients.
• Prepare individual and business tax returns using Lacerte software.
• Calculate taxes owed or refunds due; research tax laws for unusual cases.
• Submit returns for internal review, then present finalized returns to clients.

• Proven experience preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Lacerte tax software (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate records.
