Job Title

Production Chemist

• Perform chemical synthesis on multi-kilo scale and execute via batch record.
• Maintain documentation standards to meet GMP requirements, including recording charges/transfers and documenting key observations.
• Set up, operate, and clean all plant equipment, such as reactors, centrifuges, filter dryers, and milling equipment.
• Participate in staging of raw materials, loading into equipment, and unloading intermediates and products from dryers.
• Collaborate with Chemical Engineers to produce R&D API.
• Read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively in group settings.

• High School Diploma
• 2+ Years of experience in compounding or chemical operating
• Proficiency in GMP

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Skokie, IL.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
