Overview
We Are Inspired to Serve. Join us! Coordinates and processes the weekly centralized expense cycle processes for the organization, including the Corporate Office, Affiliates, and Campus locations.
Analyze invoices to ensure correctness of invoices and invoice processing at the national level for the organization.
Ensure the vendor and invoice records are maintained in the systems used by ECM. This includes the setup of new vendors.
Investigate and respond to inquiries related to the status of invoice and/or payment issues.
Weekly pay cycle – print remittances and prepare all checks for mailing to vendors.
Annual audit - Partner with Controllership team with identifying and supplying necessary documentation for annual audits.
Education and Work ExperienceRequired Degree

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in an accounts payable
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft office products, including basic Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of Lawson or other financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Working knowledge of expense cycle processes.
- Effective analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work across, and partner with, a diverse stakeholder group in a matrix organization.
Compensation Pay Range:
$26.92 - $36.23 per hour
Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $26.92 - $36.23 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
