We are opening a brand‑new store on High Street, Skipton, and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role is part of the first wave of store opening staff, with full training provided.

• Support the Store Manager:
  Assist in day‑to‑day running of the store ensuring costs are contained within targets.
• Drive Sales:
  Help maximise store profitability by promoting sales and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Customer Service:
  Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Team Development:
  Manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and lead by example.
• Deputise for the Manager:
  Step in when required to ensure smooth store operations.

  Understanding of the retail environment and how to drive business success.

Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in management or supervision within a retail outlet.
