We’re looking for a hands-on Production Shift Manager to lead and inspire our shop floor team at our Skipton manufacturing site. If you’re passionate about driving performance, maintaining compliance, and creating a positive culture, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage day-to-day production late shift operations
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Manage team performance, engagement, and training plans
- Ensure compliance with GMP and Health & Safety standards
- Champion continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Experience leading production teams in a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of GMP and Health & Safety compliance
- Ability to manage performance and employee relations
- Degree qualified self-motivated leader with excellent communication skills
- (Pharmaceutical experience and ERP knowledge are a plus!)
